Prince William Home Improvement
Prince William Home Improvement was established by Scott Holtzhauer, in 1986, to serve the remodeling needs of the Northern Virginia area. Originally specializing in vinyl siding and vinyl replacement windows, Prince William Home Improvement has grown into a full service-remodeling firm that also furnishes and installs decks, roofing, kitchens and baths.
Since 2000, Prince William Home Improvement has been ranked as one ot the top 500 contractors in the United States by Qualified Remodeler Magazine. In 2007 Prince William Home Improvement was ranked number 116 nationally, out of over 800,000 home improvement companies. Beginning in 2003, Replacement Contractor Magazine has ranked Prince William Home Improvement as one of the top 100 contractors nationally and in 2007 was ranked 73rd in the nation.
In 2002, Prince William Home Improvement was selected by Associated Materials, Inc. to be the exclusive dealer of the award winning Preservation Siding and Preservation Windows in the Northern Virginia area. Preservation’s intensive research and development result in products with unsurpassed beauty and uncompromising quality that customers demand. In 2007 Greg Sliger, General Manager, accepted the Dealer of Distinction Award that was given to Prince William Home Improvement during the annual Preservation Window and Siding award ceremony in New Orleans.
In 2007 Prince William Home Improvement received the Trex Pro Gold award for decking and is one of less than 200 members in the nation. Prince William Home Improvement also serves on the contractor advisory council for Trex.
